From Brian Terry: I am the new D16 HS ref. Most of you don't know me, but I was the original HS Ref. I also have a commitment from the district to purchase an electronic scoring system. This will be owned by the district and available at no cost to the clubs to be used to score their events. The July 11/12 event will be a duel points race with the OMA National Series.
